Yasumaru Inc. was founded in January 2019 in Fukuoka, Japan.
Since then, we’ve worked closely with business leaders and managers not only throughout Kyushu, but across Japan—from Hokkaido to Kyushu.
From the beginning, our approach has centered on one simple belief:
through dialogue and analysis, ideas can be clarified—and transformed into action.

A Message from Our Founder & CEO
Thank you for taking the time to visit this page.
My name is Masatoshi Yasumaru, President of Yasumaru Inc.
I was born and raised in Fukuoka, and spent my university and graduate school years in Tokyo.
After graduation, I joined a Tokyo-based global venture company, where I gained experience across a broad range of roles—including finance, corporate planning, executive support, domestic sales, and international business development.
Later, I was stationed in San Jose, California, in Silicon Valley, where I became involved in the management of the local subsidiary.
There, I engaged with major global manufacturers operating across North and Latin America—including Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil.
These experiences gave me firsthand insight into business across borders and cultures.
I also had the opportunity to take part in rebuilding the local subsidiary during a challenging period, which taught me valuable lessons about leadership under pressure.
Living and working abroad taught me not only about business, but also about life, relationships, and what truly matters.
In time, a quiet desire began to grow within me:
to return to my roots in Fukuoka and create work that brings lasting value.
Around that same time, I met my wife—who is also from Kyushu—while living in the U.S.
Meeting her became the turning point that led me to decide to return home.
After returning to Japan, I joined a management consulting firm with global roots, where I gained experience as a consultant by working closely with a wide range of organizations — from small businesses to companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.
Then in 2019, with the support of the people who had guided me along the way, I founded Yasumaru Inc.
The company was born from the ideas and intentions that had quietly taken shape during my years overseas.
I am truly grateful to our clients, colleagues, and everyone who has supported our journey so far.
